Paint the Town

Gym staff will decorate party room with Happy Birthday sign, 3 table clothes, 10 balloons, and streamers. Host may choose from 6 colors/themes (red, blue, green, yellow, pink, and purple)

All Together Now

What to Expect…
You and your guests have free use/access to all features of the gym and party room for the duration of your party!
Children ages 12 months and younger are complimentary.
No more than 50 guests allowed, this includes children and adults.
Tables and chairs will be provided
1-2 Chautauqua Children's Gym employees will be on site for the whole party and can help with time management.
Your birthday will run for two (2) hours, but you will be given 15 minutes BEFORE the party to set up and 15 minutes AFTER the party to clean up. This means your party time will be 2 ½ hours in total.
An extra $50.00 deposit will be required at time of scheduling and will be returned after gym has been inspected
Setup, Cleanup, and Time…
Event Time:
You will have the private party room for two (2) hours.
The start time of your party will be the time assigned to you, no matter when your guests arrive. If your guests are late the party will not be extended.
Birthday parties can be held by appointment only, scheduled 2 to 3 weeks prior to event. Parties are allotted 2 hours of open play time and limited to no more than 20 children playing on equipment.
Setup/Cleanup Time:
You will be able to arrive only 15 minutes prior to your party start time for setup of the room.
Cleanup of the room will begin promptly at the end of your two hours and you will be given only 15 minutes. The party deposit will only be returned if party ends and is cleaned up (appropriately and inspected by Director) and on time.
Gym must be clean upon leaving and party cleanup must be prompt ( if you go over your time and/or the party area is not appropriately picked up your deposit will be kept for a cleaning fee)
